Zucchini Casserole II

    Ingredients

    Cook and drain:
    4 medium zucchini, washed and sliced
    1 cup carrots, shredded
    1 cup chopped onion
    Mix and add:
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    Topping:
    1 stick butter, melted
    8 oz box Stove Top stuffing & seasoning packet

    Directions

    Put vegetables in casserole.  Spread soup and
    sour cream mixture to top.  Mix around a little.
    Cover with stuffing mix that has been mixed with 1
    stick melted butter.  
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350.
