Vegetable Casserole II

    Ingredients

    2 - 16 oz. cans Veg-all, drained
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup grated cheese

    Directions

    Mix all the ingredients, put in casserole dish.  Top
    with 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers and 2 Tbsp.
    melted butter (mixed).  
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
