Cheese Scalloped Potatoes

    Ingredients

    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. boiled potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick (7 cups)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. peper
    1 cup grated Swiss Cheese
    1 cup Whipping Cream

    Directions

    Smear 1 tablespoon of the butter in the baking
    dish.  Arrange layers of potatoes in the baking
    dish, seasoning each layer with salt, pepper,
    cheese, and dots of butter.  End with a sprinkling
    of cheese and dots of butter.
