Buffet Potatoes

    Ingredients

    2 lbs. frozen hash browns
    8 oz. container sour cream
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/4 cup dried chives
    1/2 cup melted butter

    Directions

    Thaw potatoes.  Combine all ingredients and pour
    into a greased baking dish.  Bake for 1 hour at
    350.
