Apple Bean Bake

    Ingredients

    48 oz. jar Randall beans
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 large cooking apples, diced
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup catsup
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. salt

    Directions

    Melt butter, add apples and cook until tender.  Add
    brown and white sugars and stir until sugar is
    melted.  Stir in catsup, cinnamon, molasses and
    salt.  Add beans and mix well.  Pour in a 2 quart
    casserole and bake at 400 for 1 hour.
