Three-Bean Salad

    Ingredients

    1 can yellow wax beans
    1 can green beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2/3 cup white vinegar
    1/3 cup salad oil
    3/4 cup sugar

    Directions

    Drain beans well.  Add chopped green pepper,
    onion, and celery.  Combine salt, pepper, white
    vinegar, salad oil, and sugar; stir to dissolve.  Pour
    over bean mixture.  Let set several hours or
    overnight in refrigerator.  Drain before serving.
