    Dutch Oven Stew

    Ingredients

    1 1/4 lbs. stew meat
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cup potatoes, chopped
    2 cups carrots, sliced
    3 cups hot water
    1 small can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    Beef granules
    Lemon pepper
    Garlic powder

    Directions

    Do not brown meat.  Put all ingredients in Dutch
    oven.  Cook at 325 with tight lid for 3 1/2 hours.
