    Taco Sauce

    Ingredients

    24 tomatoes
    4 large onions
    2 cup light brown sugar
    1 bunch celery
    2 green peppers
    1 1/2 cup vinegar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 apples

    Directions

    Chop onions, celery, peppers and apples.  Peel
    tomatoes and cut into pieces.  Mash into pulp.  
    Add rest of ingredients and boil together about 1
    1/2 to 2 hours.  Can and seal.
    Makes 6 pints.
