    Orange-Chili Barbecue Sauce

    Ingredients

    1 cup orange marmalade
    1 cup tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or hot sauce

    Directions

    In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and
    mix well.  Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.  
    Simmer 1 minute.  
    Use as a marinade and baste for chicken, beef,
    ribs or pork.
