    Mushroom Sauce Supreme

    Ingredients

    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 cup onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    White pepper

    Directions

    Saute mushrooms and onion in 2 Tbsp. butter.  
    Push mushrooms aside.  Slowly stir in flour and
    add remaining ingredients.  Bring to near boil.
