    Hot Mustard Sauce

    Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. dry mustard (Chinese if possible)
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. brown sugar

    Directions

    Combine mustard with half the water.  Stir into a
    smooth paste.  Stir in vinegar, salt, sugar and
    remaining water.  Store in the refrigerator.
