    Ham Mustard Sauce

    Ingredients

    1 tsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 cup water
    2/3 cup vinegar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3 beaten eggs

    Directions

    Cook all ingredients in double boiler, stirring
    constantly until thickened.  Will keep for a long
    time in the refrigerator.
