      Ginger Soy Sauce
    Ingredients

    1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
    2 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger root

    Directions

    Mix together.  Let sit for an hour or two before
    using.  Serve as a dipping sauce with fried won
    ton, egg rolls, fried fish, etc.
