    Cherry Sauce for Ham

    Ingredients

    2 cans pitted Bing cherries
    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    Juice of one lemon

    Directions

    Mix corn starch in 1/4 cup cold water.  Heat two
    cans of cherries, add the corn starch and water
    mixture and stir in the brown sugar and lemon.  
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.  
    Serve hot over baked ham.
