    Blender Hollandaise

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup oleo
    3 egg yolks
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Few sprigs parsley
    Dash cayenne pepper

    Directions

    Have ingredients at room temperature.  Put in
    blender and turn on.  Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup boiling
    water.  Blend.  Cook in double boiler until thick,
    stirring constantly.
