    Apricot-Orange Glaze for Ham

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup apricot jam
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 cup orange juice

    Directions

    Mix together all ingredients. Cook over medium
    heat, stirring constantly ubtil thickened and boiling.
    Yields 3/4 cup.
