    Sherbet Jello Salad

    Ingredients

    2 pkg. raspberry  jello
    2 cup hot water
    1 pint raspberry sherbet
    2 mashed bananas
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small package dream whip
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 cup pineapple juice

    Directions

    Dissolve the jello in hot water; add the sherbet to
    hot mixture.  Then add pineapple, oranges and
    bananas; let set until firm in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Combine 1 cup pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons
    flour, 1 egg (well beaten) and a tablespoon butter.  
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.  Cool, then
    add 1 small package Dream Whip (whipped);
    spread on firm jello.
    Chill.
