    Pretzel Jello Salad

    Ingredients

    1 - 6 oz. bag pretzels
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cup melted butter
    1 small container Cool Whip
    1 cup sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    6 oz. strawberry jello
    2 1/2 cup boiling water
    16oz. strawberries

    Directions

    Melt butter and add 3 tablespoons sugar and
    pretzels, smashing pretzels until mixed well.  Put
    into 9 x 13 inch pan; bake at 400 for 8 to 10
    minutes.
    Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar; add Cool
    Whip.  Spread over cooled pretzels, making sure
    edges are covered.  Mix jello and water until jello
    is dissolved; add strawberries.  Let set and spoon
    over cream cheese mixture.
