    Lemon Jello Salad

    Ingredients

    1 large pkg. lemon jello
    2 cup hot water
    2 cups ginger ale
    1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    1 cup small marshmallows
    1 can sliced peaches

    Topping:  
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter

    Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients and chill.  
    When well chilled, add the topping.  
    For the topping, mix all ingredients together in a
    saucepan.  Cook until thick; cool.  When cool, add
    1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped.
