    Hawaiian Fruit Salad

    Ingredients

    16 oz. pineapple chunks
    1 small jar maraschino cherries
    2 bananas, sliced
    3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    16 oz. mandarin oranges
    1 lb. red grapes
    1/2 cup chopped pecans, roasted

    Directions
    Drain all fruit, save 1 cup pineapple juice (can add
    juice from other fruits to make up the 1 cup if
    necessary).  Mix all fruit, except bananas, which
    should be added juit before serving.  Mix 1 cup
    fruit juice with vanilla pudding, stirring until well
    blended.  Pour over fruit and mix well.  Add
    bananas.  Serve with pecans srinkled over top.
