Fluffy Lime Jello Ring

    Ingredients

    1 cup boiling water
    1 - 3 oz. pkg. lime jello
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 cup heavy cream, whipped

    Directions

    Add boiling water to jello; stir until dissolved.  
    Blend cream cheese and sugar.  Gradually add
    the jello and juice to cream cheese mixture.  Fold
    in whipped cream.  Pour into lightly oiled salad
    mold and chill until set.  Garnish with fresh fruit.
    Serves 6 to 8.
