Colorful Gelatin Salad

    Ingredients

    3 oz. box lime jello
    3 oz. box cherry jello
    2 cups boiling water
    3 oz. box lemon jello
    1 cup boiling water
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup crushed pineapple
    pinch of salt
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 cup nuts (optional)

    Directions

    Dissolve separately the lime and cherry jello each
    with 1 cup of boiling water and let set in 8 x 8 pans.
    To the lemon jello, add 1 cup boiling water, sugar,
    crushed pineapple, and salt; let partially set.  Then
    whip the lemon jello and fold in whipped cream
    and nuts.  
    Cube the lime and cherry jello into 1/2-inch cubes
    and fold into the mixture.
    Pour into mold and let set.
