Roquefort Cheese Dressing

    Ingredients

    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/4 cups olive oil
    1/2 cup wine vinegar
    1/4 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled

    Directions

    Blend ingredients until mixed well.
