Lemon Cream Dressing
    for fruit

    Ingredients

    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    Grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 pint whipped cream

    Directions

    In a double boiler, mix the slightly beaten egg,
    sugar and vinegar.  Cook until thick.  Remove from
    heat and add the grated rind of 1 lemon.  Chill.
    When ready to serve, fold in whipped cream.
    Serve over fruit.
