Garlic Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

    Ingredients

    1/2 tsp. dehydrated minced garlic
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    2 to 3 oz. bleu cheese
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup mayonnaise

    Directions

    Soak garlic in 1 tsp. water.  Place cottage cheese,
    bleu cheese, lemon juice, salt and garlic in small
    mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
    Fold in mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate.
    Dressing will not keep over 2 weeks.
    Makes 3 cups.
