Roquefort Salad Dressing Ingredients 8 oz. cottage cheese 4 oz. Roquefort cheese 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt Skim milk Directions Place all ingredients except milk in blender container. Blend on low speed until smooth. Thin to desired consistency with skim milk. Store in covered container in refrigerator. |
