Champagne Punch II

    Ingredients

    1 pkg - 13 1/2 oz. - frozen pineapple chunks
    1/2 cup sugar
    2/3 cup lemon juice
    dash of syrup from maraschino cherries
    1 bottle champagne

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients except champagne and
    refrigerate.  Stir occasionally to make sure
    pineapple thaws.  Just before serving add
    champagne.  Stir and serve in tulip champagne
    glasses or wine glasses.
