Easy Pralines Ingredients 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix 1 cup sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup or more pecans Directions Combine all ingredients except pecans; cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved, then boil to soft- ball stage. Add pecans. Stir until mixture just begins to harden. This candy hardens very quickly. Drop quickly by spoonfuls into 2-inch patties onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. |
