Pecan Pralines

    Ingredients

    2 cups packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    16 marshmallows
    2 cups pecans

    Directions

    Place brown sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan;
    cook to soft-ball stage.  Add warm softened
    marshmallows; stir until dissolved.  
    Add pecans.
    Drop onto waxed paper.
    Will be firm when cool.
    Makes 24 pieces.
