Holiday Eggnog Pie Ingredients 1 Tbsp. gelatin 1/4 cup cold water 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup milk 1 tsp. almond extract 1/2 cup whipping cream 6-8 maraschino cherries 9-inch pie shell Directions Soak the gelatin in the cold water. Beat together the eggs, sugar, and salt. Add to gelatin mixture. Add milk, and extract. Whip cream. Chop all but one cherry into pieces. Fold cream and chopped cherries into gelatin mixture. Pour into pie shell. Decorate with one cherry which has been cut into eights. Chill |
