    Chess Pie

    Ingredients

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 egg
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 beaten eggs
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 lb. powdered sugar

    Directions

    Mix cake mix, 1 egg and butter to make crust.  Pat
    in 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan.  Mix 2 beaten eggs, cream
    cheese and sugar.  Pour over crust.  Bake at 350
    for 35 to 40 minutes.
