Jackpot Casserole Ingredients 2 Tbsp. shortening 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 lb. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 2 oz. noodles 1 No. 2 can cream-style corn 1 cup grated cheese Salt and pepper to taste Directions Melt shortening in saucepan. Add onion and ground beef; cook until done. Add tomato soup, 1 1/2 cups water and noodles; mix well. Add corn and 1/2 cup cheese; mix. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole.. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6 servings. |
