Chicken and Crescent Roll Casserole Ingredients 2 cups cubed chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pkg. California Blend vegetables, thawed 1 - 8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese 1 small can fried onions 1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls (make into rectangle and cut into strips) salt and pepper to taste
Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, 1/2 the cheese, and 1/2 the onions together in bowl. Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and top with crescent rolls, placed lattice style. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
