Cheese Chicken and Rice Casserole

    Ingredients

    1 fryer, disjointed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    celery salt to taste
    oregano to taste
    2 cheese slices

    Directions

    Season chicken with salt and pepper.  Place rice
    in bottom of a casserole.  Arrange chicken over
    the top of rice.  Pour mushroom soup diluted as
    directed over rice.  Sprinkle with celery salt and
    oregano.  
    Cut cheese slices into pieces over the top.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
