    Cashew Chicken Bake

    Ingredients

    3 large boneless chicken breasts, cooked, cut up
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 - 15 oz. can fancy Oriental vegetables, drained
    1 Tbsp. onion chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 cup chopped or whole cashews
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 cup chow mein noodles

    Directions

    Mix all together, except the cashews.  Place in a
    9 x 13 inch casserole.  Refrigerate overnight.  
    Before baking, cover top with cashews.
    Bake tat 350 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
