Calico Bean Casserole Ingredients 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. bacon, diced 1/2 large onion, chopped 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup catsup 2 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 can pork and beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can lima beans, drained 1 can butter beans, drained Directions Brown ground beef, bacon, and onion. Drain fat. Make sauce of brown sugar, catsup, vinegar, and prepared mustard. Mix with meat mixture. Add beans. Put in large casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350. |
