Biscuit-Topped Skillet Casserole

    Ingredients

    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can vegetable soup
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 can refrigerator biscuits

    Directions

    Brown hamburger in ovenproof skillet; drain
    excess fat.  Add vegetable soup and 1/4 soup can
    water; season.  Cover mixture with canned
    biscuits.  
    Bake in 400-degree oven until biscuits are golden
    brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
