Asparagus-Chicken Casserole

    Ingredients

    2 cups cooked chicken, diced
    1 1/2 cups cooked asparagus, cuts and tips
    1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 cup chicken consomme
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Directions

    Combine chicken, asparagus and water chestnuts
    in greased casserole.  Heat consomme; blend in
    flour and seasonings.  Pour over chicken mixture.
    Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 20
    minutes.
    Makes 4-6 servings.
