Creamy Blueberry Muffins

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
    2 cup vanilla ice cream, melted
    1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or 1 No. 303 can
    blueberries

    Directions

    Stir flour into ice cream until all flour is dissolved.  
    Add blueberries; fold in gently.  Pour into greased
    muffin tins.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
