    Meatballs in Spicy Sauce

    Ingredients

    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 cup her seasoned stuffing crumbs
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Spicy Sauce:

    6 oz. can tomato paste
    2/3 cup water
    1/2 cup wine vinegar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder

    Directions

    Prepare meatballs and bake approximately 45 minutes
    at 325.

    Prepare Spicy Sauce by combining all ingredients in a
    large pot.  Simmer.  When meatballs are done, drain,
    and add them to the sauce mixture.  Simmer 20 to 30
    minutes and serve.
