Cocktail Meatballs II

    Ingredients

    2 lb. ground beef
    3 eggs
    Salt to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    12 rolled graham crackers
    3 or 4 rolled saltines

    Directions

    Mix meatball ingredients well and form into balls
    the size of walnuts.  Bake at 325 for 1/2 hour.  
    Discard meat juice and put meatballs in
    casserole.  Heat sauce mixture to boiling and pour
    over meat.
