Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef 1 beaten egg 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 to 3 tsp. Cajun seasoning 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley 1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce 1/2 cup peach preserves Directions
Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, and hot pepper sauce. Add beef and mix well. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs in a baking pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till no pink remains. Drain on paper towels. Combine barbecue sauce and preserves in a small saucepan; heat through. Serve sauce with warm meatballs. Makes about 40. |
