Appetizer Meatballs

    Ingredients

    3/4 cup soy sauce
    3/4 cup water
    2 small garlic cloves, chopped
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    3 lb ground chuck or ground steak

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until blended.  
    Form into 1-inch balls.  Place in large baking pan.  
    Bake, uncovered, in 275 degree oven for 15
    minutes, turning once.  Turn into chafing dish or
    heated tray to keep warm.
    Serve with toothpicks and sauce.

      Sauce

      1/2 cup sour cream
      1/2 cup mayonaise
      2 Tbsp. minced dill pickles
      1 Tbsp. chopped capers
      1/4 tsp. dillweed

      Mix all ingredients and dip meatballs.
      Makes 175 meatballs.
