Ingredients 1 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard 2 Tbsp. water 3 cups diced, cooked ham 2 cup diced celery 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper 1/8 tsp. onion powder dash garlic powder 1/4 cup mayonaise head lettuce Radish roses or pimiento-stuffed olives Directions Mix mustard with water and let stand 10 minutes to develope flavor. For the dressing, blend the next 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend mustard with mayonnaise and add. Toss lightly with the salad greens. Serve as a main dish. |
