Whitneyville Salad

    Ingredients

    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup sliced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    3 quarts spinach
    6 hard cooked eggs, separated
    Dressing:
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    3/4 cup salad dressing
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup horseradish

    Directions

    Separate hard cooked eggs, leaving whites to mix
    into the salad and crumble yolks over top.
    Mix salad ingredients in large bowl.  
    Mix dressing ingredients and pour over above
    before serving.
