Untossed Salad Ingredients 2 lbs. frozen peas, cooked yet crunchy 1 bunch carrots, grated 1 red onion, sliced 1 can (16 oz.) pineapple tidbits 1 lb. seedless green grapes 1 pint mayonnaise 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled Directions In glass bowl, layer cubed lettuce and 1/2 each of peas, carrots, onion, pineapple, grapes and mayonnaise. Repeat layers and top with bacon. Chill at least 6 hours. |
