    Squash Soup

    Ingredients

    1/4 lb. butter
    2 large yellow squash, diced
    2 large onions, diced
    1 quart chicken broth
    1 cup cream
    Salt and peper to taste

    Directions

    Melt butter, add squash and onion.  When very soft
    add chicken broth and cook slowly for a few
    minutes.  Cool and blend in blender.  Add cream
    when ready to use.
    Serve Hot.
