    Sauerkraut Soup

    Ingredients

    1 can sauerkraut, chopped
    1 can sauerkraut juice
    4 slices bacon
    2 chopped onions
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup water
    Salt
    Red pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    Fresh ground black pepper

    Directions

    Bring to a boil sauerkraut and juice.  Then
    simmer.  Fry bacon and add onions.  Cook until
    transparent.  Add sausage and seasoning to
    sauerkraut mixture.  Mix flour and water and add to
    soup.  Serve hot with sour cream spooned on top.
