    Potato-Sauerkraut Soup

    Ingredients

    4 cups (32 oz.) chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    2 medium potatoes, cut in small cubes
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3/4 smoked Polish sausage, cubed
    1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients in 3 to 4 quart slow
    cooker.  Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for
    10 to 12 hours or till vegetables are tender.  If
    necessary, skim fat before serving.  Great with
    pumpernickel bread.
