    Mushroom Bouillon

    Ingredients

    2 cans (13 1/2 oz.) beef consomme
    1/3 cup onion, chopped fine
    2 cups mushrooms, chopped fine
    6 Tbsp. whipping cream
    Salt if necessary

    Directions

    Bring consomme, onion and chopped mushrooms
    to a boil.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30
    minutes.  Strain soup, pour into individual bowls,
    put 1 tsp. of the mushroom mixture  that was taken
    out of the broth into the soup as a garnish.  Top
    each bowl with 1 Tbsp. cream.
